Influenster "Moda VoxBox" Review

Influenster kindly sent me the moda vox box to review which I was super excited for because moda in Spanish means fashion. As soon I saw it on my door step I opened it up immediately! On the first look I fell in love it was so packed with awesome goodies! Influenster is free and they usually send me a box every couple of months which is wonderful. They usually have a theme and the way you are chosen is by your social influence. If you want to join click here.

It came with this cute card that has all kinds of fashionable items like nail polish, lipstick, perfume, etc. On the back it has the items and the prices!

Swiss Miss Simply Cocoa Sadly, this spilled inside my box so I didn't have a chance to make it buy I have tried it before I like it but it's not super good. It mainly just got my other products dirty which sucked.
Hair Food Apricot Mask ($11.99) This came dirty from the hot chocolate powder that spilled but good thing the sealed was close so it didn't get ruined. This smells so good and I've tried it 3 times so far and I love it! It made my hair so soft I am considering on buying the shampoo and conditioner.

Jergens Ultra Healing Lotion ($1.84) It's a good travel size and will be good for winter other than that I didn't care much for it. Most likely, I will give it to my mom she loves lotion unlike me.

Rimmel Transparent Lip Liner ($5.99) I have not used this yet but I like the idea and I am excited to try it out. I also like that it is brand new!

Rimmel Renew Lipstick ($5.39) I absolutely love this liptick it's the color "As you want Victoria" which is perfect for fall! it goes on so smooth and no shimmer which I love I definitely will buy more!

Rimmel Rockin Curves Mascara ($5.59) I have not tried this yet because I currently have the falsies mascara open but I am excited to try it! I love the packaging it is adorable. The color is 003 in extreme black.

Puffs Soft Pack($1.99) Tissues are always welcome especially for the winter I love the packaging on these it is cute and chic. I really like that they put the basic kind because I do not like all the other new kinds.

Resource Water ($0.74) I like this water bottle it big 23.7 fl oz so the cost is very cheap! I forgot to take a picture of it but it was good I enjoyed it. I live in Texas and it is barely starting to get cold so the water was perfect for a hot summer day!

Boxycharm October 2014 "Bewitched"

I received my first Boxycharm today this month's theme is Bewitched which goes with the October Halloween season which is such a fun idea! If you don't already Boxycharm is a monthly subscription box that includes mostly full size beauty items and it's $21 each month.

I loved the packaging It's adorable and the information card is great it provides the cost and size of the items as well as how to use the products so very helpful!

Costal Scents Eclipse Palette ($14.95) This was one of the spoilers shown on Instagram and I was super excited for it. It ahs all kinds of colors for different skin tones and to correct redness, yellow pigmentation, and bruises. The packaging does feel a bit cheap but it seems like it will be good especially for Halloween.

Be A Bombshell Eye shadow ($14) This is a beautiful navy blue color the pigmentation is good because it comes out a softer color not as deep as in the pan. It's a nice product and full sized and I will use this so I'm happy with it. For the cost I would have liked a sturdier packaging it feels really cheap.

Starlooks Ultra Gem Pencil ($14) This is one of my favorite items in the box I love it it's stunning and super smooth and it's full size! It's not on the Starlooks website though there is a similar one but not exactly the same as this one or the color.

Palmetto Derma Collagen Booster ($48) This is a nice size and it's pricey so I am excited to try this out and see if it really helps my skin glow. The texture is a little bit watery for a serum but I like that it's not thick or greasy it feels good on the skin.

Cult/Commerce Shady Nail Polishes ($21) These nail polishes are beautiful they go right on with the theme. One is beautiful purple shade called #18 and the other is a dark grey with sparkles called #22. I love the purple shade which is the one I'm currently wearing right now. Lots of people had problems with the brush because it was too stiff but mine wasn't it works great I have no complaints.

I loved this box it had an amazing value of $111.95 which I only paid $21 so that's epic. I love the nail polishes, the gem pencil, the concealer palette and the serum. The only thing I'm whatever about is the be a bombshell eye shadow but I will still try to wear it especially for fall! If you would like to subscribe to receive the future goodies click here!

Ipsy October 2014 "Beauty Candy" Bag

Hey guys, today I received my "Beauty Candy" bag from Ipsy and the bag is really cute I adore it but I don't really feel like it fit with Halloween.  If you don't already know Ipsy is a $10 monthly cosmetic subscription with 4-6 deluxe samples and full sized items.

This is everything that was inside my Ipsy bag this month and when I first saw everything I was disappointed because I wasn't overly excited over any product. I also wished they would have put candy inside it would have fit well with the theme.

Acacia BB Cream ($12) This is a beauty balm for hair and I wasn't overly excited for this but I'm more excited of trying it now. It's a nice size sample so it should last me a while to at least see if I like it or not. I like the smell of it and I believe it's a deluxe size sample.

Starlooks Lipgloss $4 This lip gloss is in the color guilty pleasure I love the color and it smells kind of like vanilla. I'm so disappointed at how small this gloss is it's like 1/3 of the full size I would have liked to receive the full size version especially since it's not highly expensive.

Mica Mineral Shadow ($14.95) I received the color 93 reluctance but I really wanted Harlequin but this color is still stunning and it's a full size item. I don't know if I'm keeping this or swapping it because I'm not big on mineral eye shadows they're so messy.

Skyn Iceland Cleansing Cloths ($5) I'm disappointed once again that these are 1/3 of the full size item I would have liked to receive more. These contain 10 cleansing cloths so I will be able to see if I like them or not. I've heard wonders about this brand and I love cleansing wipes that's mainly what I use to remove my makeup so they're always welcome.

Rogue Perfume ($9.99) I think this is a nice size perfume and will definitely last a while. I also really like the packaging but I don't like perfume so I will be trading this for the Noyah lipstick that I so badly want!
Overall, I think this month's Ipsy bag was a miss for me I didn't love anything and I received some small samples as well I would have loved to actually see stuff I put I liked on my quiz because I asked for no perfumes and no hair stuff and no lip gloss and received all 3. The total value of my bag was $45.94 which isn't bad but I didn't receive the items I wanted. You can subscribe here.

Lip Monthly September 2014 Review

I received my Lip Monthly bag today and I really like the bag it's cute and a good quality I'm quite impressed with the bag itself. It did take a while to get here which was driving me crazy!

This was everything inside my bag and at first I was excited for some products and disappointed for others but it was great to try it out for only $5.

Julie G nail polish Romeo ($3.99)I love this color it's stunning but it's not exactly a fall color. I couldn't find this anywhere online so I believe it's discontinued since it is from the Valentine's Day collection of Jessie's Girl and the name fits good with the collection which is quite cute. I will use this for what is left for summer and this was a good find overall.

Cherimoya Eye Liner in Latte 24 ($4) I don't use eye liners or lip liners so this is a miss for me I don't like it I haven't even opened it up because I know I won't use it

Pur-lisse pur-moist ($18) I've heard wonders of this brand and I'm really excited to try it since it's so expensive I want to see what's all the rave about. It says it's a hydra-balance moisturizer so I'll try it out and see if I love it just like everyone else does.

Ecolips Hemp Vanilla ($3.49) At first when I was saw this I was like really chapstick but I'm always in need of one I lose them all the time and this one is organic so that's great. It does smell like herbs and medicine as well as vanilla so it doesn't smell all that great but it is very moisturizing on my lips.

Cherimoya Lip crayon Coral ($8) I was happy when I saw this because I'm obsessed with lipsticks and lip stains band the packaging is the best I've seen in a while. The actual product was okay the color looks pigmented in swatches but not so much on the lips it mainly looked like a tinted lip balm so I was disappointed to say the least.

This bag was alright I'm excited to try the nail polish and the moisturizer but everything else kind of sucked. I really liked the bag it was a great addition and really cute.  The total value was $37.47 which was great since I only paid $5 for the first box. If you want to subscribe click here and you will get your first box for $5 as well. The normal cost of the box per month is $10 which is the same as Ipsy and Birchbox.  The only complaint I have to say about this subscription is they charge you a month before the bag which sucks because I've already been charged for the October box and I barely received my first box today so they didn't give me a chance to try it out and decided if I like it or not.

Influenster Victoria's Secret Review

Influenster kindly sent me a Victoria's Secret box to review and I loved the two products I received they are excellent quality and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

It all came inside this really cute Victoria's Secret box and wrapped up very nicely.

The first item inside my box was a Victoria' Secret Angel sport bra in the information it says it has medium support and I agree but it did fit me a tad bit big so I would definitely with a size smaller. The print is absolutely gorgeous it's very summery and it makes me want to get up and work out. The retail value of this bra is $52.50 but I couldn't find the exact bra so I went with the similar type of bra. I really like this bra and I would recommend it if you like to work out.

These are the Victoria's Secret knockout crop and I'm in love with them they fit me like a glove and they are super comfortable. I definitely want to buy more of these perhaps in a flowery print. I'm extremely impressed with these! On the tag it says there retail price is $59.50 wow these are pricey but worth every penny.

September 2014 Ipsy "Street Style" Review

My September 2014 Ipsy bag is here I was beyond excited to see it in my mail I opened it up instantly even though I already knew what was going to be in it. If you don't already know Ipsy is a $10 monthly cosmetic subscription with 4-6 deluxe samples and full sized items. Each month they have a new theme for the bag and this month's theme is Street style. They offer new brands that you haven't heard of as well as some known popular makeup brands.

Pacifica 7 Free Nail Color ($9) This was the first time in my Ipsy glam bag it's in the color Red Red Wine which is a beautiful burgundy, perfect for the fall. I was excited to try this so I immediately painted my nails this color . I've been wearing it for a couple of days and it has chipped a little but overall it has been great. I would love to try other colors from the this line in the future.

Nourish Organic Face Cleanser ($2.33) I wasn't to excited for this because it's nothing special but I did try it. It has great reviews on their website so I decided to give it a shot first of all it smells pretty bad but it gets the job done it does leave the skin dry so lotion is necessary but overall it was a great item to try.

Mitchell and Peach Hand Cream ($13.81) This is the item  I was least excited for because really lotion that's a disappointment I would have liked anything else but lotion. It's supposedly a luxury cream but I couldn't tell the difference between this and my normal lotion. It doesn't really have a fragrance it just smells like lotion which I like because I don't like strong smells especially in my lotions. This was the only item in the box I didn't like and I gave it to my mom she liked it she's more into lotions than I am.

Smooth Criminal Powder ($12) This is by Be A Bombshell which we've had in plenty of other Ipsy bags. I adore there logo it's so cute. It's been a great brand they offer plenty of cosmetics at an affordable price. This is supposed to be like a translucent powder I believe so but I haven't yet tried it so I can't say if I like it or dislike it.

Hikari Lipstick ($13) The last item in my Ipsy bag was a lipstick in the shade cabernet which is described as a rich red wine on their website. I have never heard of this brand so it was nice to try out a new brand. The packaging feels very cheaply made and the lipstick was a tad bit drying bot overall the color was great it's darker than shown in the picture and it's perfect for fall. I love lipsticks so I was overly excited to try this and I liked it but I didn't fall in love with it.

This month I think Ipsy was successful they definitely raised their game up from last month which sucked. I'm happy with my bag it had 3 full sized items and 2 deluxe samples which is enough for me to know if I liked the product or not. The theme this month was okay nothing special or exciting but the lipstick and nail polish did fit in which were also my two favorite products. The total value of my Ipsy glam bag for this month was $50.14 which is a great price since I only paid $10. I'm impressed with Ipsy and I can't wait for next month to try out some new products! Go ahead and join here so you won't miss out in great new products.
