Influenster "frosty voxbox" Review

A couple of weeks ago I received an Influenster vox box and it was exciting because it was holiday one! some of these things I did use for stockings because I am sue other people would appreciate them more than me. I did receive this for review purposes but all opinions are my own.

Frosty was the theme of the vox box and I thought it was so adorable I love the information card it is extremely helpful.

 

 

Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Tea (sample)

I didn't put a value towards this because it's small and pretty much a free sample. I don't like tea much the less candy cane tea so I did give this away in stocking to someone who will actually enjoy it.

 

Boots No7 Protect & Perfect Serum (sample)

This is another item I put in a stocking I gave it to my mom because I think this is good for mature skin. Once again this is a small sample so I didn't add value to it.

 

 

Fruit Vine Bites ($1.28)

I tried these out with my brother and he said they're his favorite they were pretty good and I enjoyed them. I don't know if I will rebuy them or not but it was a good snack.

 

McCormick Gourmet Thyme ($4.79)

 I forgot to take a picture of it but I also put this in my mom's stocking because she loves cooking and I am sure she will enjoy this. She actually already used this for making dinner and it came out delish it added lots of flavor.

 

 

Rimmel Gentle Eye Makeup Remover ($7.49)

This is a great essential to the box because I am a always in need of makeup removers. I am excited to try this out this winter and I bet I'll like it. I like that it is a gentle formula so that it works with everyone's skin.

 

Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyeliner ($3.97)

I didn't take a picture of this eyeliner because it immediately went into my sister's stocking she loves eyeliner and I hate eyeliner so it worked out great. She said she liked it but it's not her favorite.

 

 

Ecotools Hairbrush ($10.99)

I am enjoying this brush it's supposed to make my hair sleek and shiny but I don't really see that. I see it as a normal hair brush but it a nicer version.

 

NYC New York Color Expert Last Lip Color ($1.99)

I got the color 418 Sugar Plum it's a nice neutral color I gave it to my mom because I really don't like shiny non matte lipsticks and I prefer bold colors. She loved it and wears it a lot it's also extremely affordable.

 

The total value of the Frosty VoxBox was $30.51 which is a great value because I paid nothing for it and I got lots of stuff for stockings. I love the hair brush the most the other things were just okay. but my family enjoyed them so it worked out just great.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What i got for Christmas 2014!

Merry Christmas! I thought it would be fun to show you all what presents I received from my loved ones! In no shape or form am I bragging I just love watching this types of videos and YouTube and decided to make a blog post instead. In y family we open our gifts at midnight on Christmas Day so I did get to use some items on Christmas. I hope you all enjoy it!

This is my stocking for this Christmas and I love it! It's so adorable. The pink thing in the middle is a cat pocket to keep my change my little brother gave it to me and I forgot to include it.

This is everything that was in my stocking I received cotton balls to remove my makeup, bobby pins, hair ties and more cute hair ties, candy canes from my brother, and my absolute favorite makeup wipes, vitamins that I am currently taking to grow my nails and hair and help my skin, and a lipstick/lipgloss, lastly a tank top that is really soft.

I did a Secret Santa exchange with my family and some friends and my neighbor was my Secret Santa. She got me a cozy sweater that's a bit oversized and soft girly fuzzy socks. I loved my gifts and I enjoyed shopping for the person I got.

My little brother got me a beautiful tan cardigan with rose crochet. I loved it it's stunning and comfortable and I adore cardigans I wear them quite a lot.

My sister got me a purple and blue patterned scarf that is very comfy and easy to style. She also got me my favorite chocolates Ferrero Rocher which come with the coconut ones which I'm in love with.

My grandma got me a gorgeous gold necklace and some earrings. I already used the necklace on Christmas Day and it made my outfit look put together and more formal.

 My boyfriend's mom gave me a cozy cardigan that I loved it was seriously one of my favorite presents I am already planning on wearing it on New Years because it is getting chilly here in Texas.

My boyfriend's sister gave me this red dress the bottom is a skater skirt form which I love I am thinking of wearing this with the cardigan on New Years. It is a bit long for me because I am so short but that's fine.

I did get myself some little presents right before Christmas and I decided to also include them. I went to the outlets and I bought this crisscross floral top from Ambercrombie & Fitch that I think matches perfectly with my Victoria's Secret Skater skirt and my Hollister blue skirt. I cannot wait till it gets warm again to wear these.

I was going to buy this as a present for someone but I fell in love with it and bought it for myself. I got it from Charming Charlie for $20 and I love it! it is a bit short though  but that's fine.

I bought this after Christmas when the sales started because I was crabbing chocolates so why not right. I am pretty much done with the whole box.

 My dad actually got me this before Christmas because I told him I needed it for my laptop so he bought it for me and I love the print.

 My dad actually let me pick these out because I really wanted them and he wanted to make sure they fit. I love them they are one of my favorite presents as well. he got me these from gap and I've already  used them more than 5 times.

I saw this jacket/sweater at old navy and I wanted it so my dad bought it for me. It is so comfortable and warm I wear it to sleep I want every color now.

He also let me chose this out it's a plain black cardigan from old navy and I really needed one badly in black so I got it. Thanks dad.

He also bought me this stunning gold/silver necklace set I love this and can't wait to wear it. It's also a sweet present.

Lastly, he got me this warm pink sweater and some Ferrero Rocher chocolates shaped like a Christmas tree. Adorable.

One of the first presents I opened from my mom was these brown studded combat boots. I wear combat boots all year long and the ones I have are getting old and ugly so she bought me some new ones.

Next, she got me this red Hollister sweater and I was wearing this on Christmas Day because I got my boyfriend a matching one. it is so comfy and I slept with it for 2 days I did not want to take it off.

She also got me this gingerbread cookies candles from target and it smells amazing! I am currently burning this I love it I want to rebuy it.

 My mom also got me this dotted long sweater which is perfect with leggings!

She also got me this pink Hollister sweater and I put it on yesterday it kept me comfy and warm.

 

This year I joined the Reddit Secret Santa gift exchange and my santa got me this top and some stickers and buttons. this is not really my style but I will wear it to sleep most likely.

 

From my boyfriend I received this Olaf beanie and mitten I LOVE THIS! I love frozen especially Olaf and I am glad my boyfriend bought me this.

As of for my big present from my boyfriend he got me a James Avery silver charm bracelet!!! I wanted this so much and I absolutely love it! The charm is also very special because it is a couple dancing which reminds me of prom. Prom was a special night for my boyfriend and me and now every time I see the charm I'll remember our prom together. I am in love with this and my boyfriend <3.

My parents bought me this stunning coat because I badly wanted a new one! I adore the print and it fits wonderful. I am going to wear this a lot to school because my classes in college are kind of far and it is getting cold here.

 The last gift I got was the Michael Kors bag in a camel color I actually got this before Christmas and I was so happy to get it because I really wanted a nice bag. I've used it every day since I got it and I am so happy with it.

I had a great Christmas with my family and my boyfriend and I loved all my gifts. I am so grateful for everything but especially for having my fay here and healthy. I want to thank everyone for my presents, my mom, dad, brother, sister, grandma, boyfriend's mom & sister, my Secret Santa's and my amazing boyfriend. I love you all and wish you all the best holidays!

Target Beauty Box

I bought the Target Beauty Box for $10 a super great deal because I received awesome goodies in here! When I saw this in my mailbox I instantly got super excited because I love target and i love beauty!

 

This was my first look inside the box and everything was nicely organized and it looked cute.

 

 

L'Oreal Butterfly Mascara ($7.99) I am ecstatic to try this out because I've heard amazing things about this mascara on YouTube and blogs. I have never tried any mascaras by L'Oreal so this is great I finally get to sample it. I love that it's full size too! 

 

 

Hair Food Treatment ($11.99) This is the second product I receive from Hair Food and i love this brand! I really enjoyed this product and I want to try out the whole line. I am glad it's a full size item because I can use it for awhile until I have to rebuy it.

 

 

Laneige Sleeping Mask ($5.75) I am really liking this water sleeping mask it feels good on the skin and it is light. When I wash my face in the morning i can feel the moisture without being oily. It is also a great sample size.

 

Boots No7 Serum This is a tiny one use sample which did not impress me because I need to try out things more than once to see if I like them or not. I put this in my mom's stocking because this more use for someone with mature skin.

 

Covergirl Eye Enhancer kit ($4.49) I received the color blushing nudes 284 but I was very disappointed. The colors look so stunning but had little to no pigmentation. Definitely will not be purchasing this.

 

Pixi Silky Eye Pen ($6.09) I received the color black noir and like half of the full size. This liner is so so so creamy I am highly impressed. I forgot to take a picture of it because it was so fantastic.

 

Revlon HD Lacquer ($7.99) I usually hate lip gloss but I am trying to use it more and I love the color I got Pink Diamond because it is a light pink and not too sticky.

 

Chapstick Total Hydration ($2.99) Chapstick is great for the winter because it is always needed on the packaging it says it's new so that is pretty cool. I got the color sweet peach but from reviews I heard it has no pigmentation so that kind of sucks. I put this inside my mom's stocking because she loves lip balms.

 

The total value of my box was $47.29 which is amazing I paid about one fourth of that! I will definitely be buying more of these wen the come out because this is an awesome value and I loved almost all the products.

 

 

December 2014 "Thinking of You" Ipsy Bag

Hello girls, I received my December Ipsy bag! I adore these pink envelopes they look so chic and they always bring me happiness. This month's theme was thinking of you which fits in pretty well with holidays but I would have preferred another more Christmassy theme.

BWC Facial Cleanser ($2.99) This a travel size facial cleanser which I think is a perfect size to see if I like it or not. This brand beauty without cruelty is 100% vegan which is always great to discover a great brand like this one. I haven't tried this yet but I will soon and I think I will like it.

NYX Butter Lip Balm ($4) I liked this lip balm it leaves my lips soft like butter and a tint of red. I received the color Red Velvet which is absolutely perfect for the holidays. It was a nice addition to the box.

 

Tarte Mascara ($8) I am so excited to try this mascara out finally I've heard great reviews of this mascara. I am thinking of purchasing the full size because it is wonderful! Tarte is also a fantastic brand that I adore.

 

Crown Brush ($6.99) This brush is so soft and feels like a good quality brush. I love that it is double ended because then it is useful for two things and great for traveling. As much as I would have loved to keep this brush I gave to my mom in her stocking because I know she'll love it and put it to good use.

 

Pixi Fairy Dust ($10) I am really happy with this product it is very subtle and a neutral eye shadow. I love pixi they have great products.

 

Overall I enjoyed it everything in y ipsy bag for this month so that is great but nothing really stood out for me. But it did have great brands included like Tarte, Pixi, Crown, and NYX and of course a vegan brand. The total value of my December 2014 Ipsy bag was $31.98.

Ipsy November 2014 "girl meets glitter" Review

I received my November 2014 Ipsy bag really early this month that's always a plus! This is the overall look of everything in my bag for this month. I am happy with everything it is one of my favorite months so far.

 

IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eyes ($10) I was excited to receive this because I've heard great things about this concealer. This is a small size but you only need a tiny bit so this will last me awhile. I tried today on my imperfections and I like it. It is a bit thick but not bad at all. I might buy the full size when I finish this sample. The color I got is neutral medium an it fit y skin ton perfect. 

 

Jcat Lip Paint ($5) I really wanted this I love lip products they are my absolute favorite I got the color mad splatter and I really like it. The website isn't working which is kind of weird so I guessed the cost of this. I believe it's full size which is awesome.

 

Starlooks Gem Pencil ($17) I  love this I received this last month in my boxycharm box and I fell in love! I use it on my water line and it's so pigmented and soft. I got the color Ultra Olive which is a beautiful gold color. I really want to buy all of these. This is also a full size item so that's already 2 full size items in my bag.

 

SeaRX Lotion ($5) I hate lotions but this lotion impressed me I love the smell and its thick but I feels so nice on the skin without leaving it greasy or nasty. This lotion does not have a size so I guessed on the price. It is a really small sample I wished it was bigger but I like it so it's fine.

 

Marc Anthony Hairspray ($1.50) This is the only item I was disappointed in because I hate hairspray I don't use it at all and this is cheap they could have sent us a bigger size but it's not bad. I will probably give it away. I forgot to take a picture of it individually because I really did nit like this one bit.

 

Overall I received $38.5 of stuff in my bag which is 4 times ore than what I paid for and most of the items I did enjoy.

Nature Box Review

I received my nature box today and I had totally forgot I ordered it so it was a pleasant surprise to see it on my door step. Nature Box is a monthly subscription of snacks it's $19.95 per month. Their is many healthy snacks that you get to choose each month which is awesome. The box I am reviewing is a trial so the samples are small and they surprised me with the snacks. if you want to join click here.

 

 

Sea Salt Sun-Crunch These are really good they satisfy my needs for something crunchy and salty. I definitely want to buy more of these. I liked how these look because it was unique and looked kind of cool I am glad they also tasted good.

Garden Tomato Crunchies These were good to try but they were just okay they have an interesting flavor. These are good for a small snack but they definitely aren't filling. Almonds are always great though and the flavor is a cool summer taste.

 

Cinnamon Swirl Kettle Kernels These were so disappointing I was expecting these to be my favorite because I love cinnamon but they were not good. They were pretty much corn nuts sprinkled with cinnamon on top. I did not like these two flavors together. I would not recommend this snack bbq corn nuts are way better.

Coconut Cashews These cashews were amazingly delicious! These were my favorite from the box and I cannot wait to order more asap! They taste similar to the Ferrero Raffaello Coconut candies which happen to be my favorite flavor. I was super stoked to try these and I want more now.

 

Cashew Crumble I couldn't find these on the website but these are really delish! I enjoyed these and these were my big sample which was great because they were really good. They sort of tasted like granola to me which is wonderful.

 

Overall, I enjoyed reviewing this box it has lots of yummy snacks. I enjoyed all but one which was good and I am looking into making this a monthly subscription because it is the best food box I have ever tried.
